As our new CRM Manager, you will take ownership of driving impactful customer campaigns that strengthen engagement, loyalty, and growth. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how we communicate with our members and customers across channels, ensuring every campaign is relevant, data-driven, and customer-centric. We are hiring a CRM Manager to play a significant role in the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain customers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate within the CRM Campaign & Content team to define the contact strategy and ensure integration with overarching C&A campaigns, newsletters, and onsite communication
- Contribute to the development of the membership communication strategy in close cooperation with the marketing, design, and UX teams
- Brief and co-create content with digital content and design teams to optimize the membership customer journey and deliver relevant, engaging communication
- Execute campaign setups and send-outs in our CRM tool Emarsys, ensuring strong design, compelling content, and operational excellence
- Translate membership and consumer engagement targets into a comprehensive campaign calendar in collaboration with marketing stakeholders and analytics teams
- Orchestrate campaign planning and implementation across marketing channels, sales channels, countries, and membership platforms
- Define campaign objectives, monitor performance, and generate insights to drive continuous improvement
- Work cross-functionally to strengthen the connection between membership and marketing
WHAT YOU BRING
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Emarsys or similar tools is a strong plus)
- Proven track record in planning and executing customer campaigns, ideally in retail or e-commerce
- Strong eye for detail in both content and design to ensure high-quality campaign execution
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and apply insights to optimize future activities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and analytics teams
