The Onsite Marketing team translates the key stories as defined in the global marketing calendar into powerful, customer-centric digital campaigns that deliver against ambitious eCommerce growth targets. The team ensures a strong alignment between internal and external stakeholders to deliver a frictionless consumer journey across website, app and email. The Working Student (m/f/d) Onsite Marketing will support the department with day-to-day tasks and ongoing marketing projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the preparation and successful roll-out of marketing campaigns across website, app, and newsletter
• Support the development of frictionless consumer journeys for different consumer segments per campaign tier, phase, and objective (awareness, consideration, conversion)
• Participate in the briefing process to key stakeholders on channel-specific content requirements to ensure all content is optimised for engagement and fit for purpose
• Adhere to the internal quality assurance process and develop continuous, channel-specific optimisations for campaign delivery
• Support the onsite marketing team in daily operations, campaign reporting and ongoing marketing projects

WHAT YOU BRING

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Affinity and basic experience in marketing, preferably in eCommerce and digital marketing
• Affinity and basic experience in project management and stakeholder management
• Effective communication skills, high resilience and proactive, solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to prioritise and deliver on a high numbers of tasks with varying workloads
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Fluent in English; German knowledge is beneficial
