As the Shopper Marketing Senior Manager at C&A, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing shopper-focused marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, drive conversion, and elevate the shopping experience. Collaborating closely with marketing, visual merchandising, eCommerce, and store operations, you will ensure seamless integration of in-store and digital activations, leveraging insights and trends to create compelling shopper marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales across C&A’s omnichannel ecosystem.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and executing shopper marketing campaigns that drive conversion and engagement
  • Partnering with internal teams and external agencies to implement impactful in-store and digital marketing activations
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize shopper engagement and campaign performance
  • Managing promotional plans and ensuring seamless execution across all customer touchpoints
  • Collaborating with visual merchandising and store operations to enhance in-store marketing effectiveness
  • Monitoring campaign success and refining strategies for continuous improvement

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5-10 years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing or retail marketing, preferably within fashion or retail
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in consumer insights, campaign performance tracking, and ROI analysis
  • Expertise in omnichannel marketing, including in-store, digital and experiential activations
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
