YOUR ROLE

To make our logistics scalable on an international level, we are looking for a Production Logistics Coordinator who not only designs but also implements solutions—hardware, software, processes, and training—all from a single source.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Further development of our logistics software and workflows toward a standardized system that can be used across countries
• Optimization of existing software or migration to a suitable alternative system
• Design and implementation of a system and workflows for shipping and receiving production hardware
• Preparation of ATA Carnets and all other customs and shipping documents in coordination with the Production Department
• Consulting on the handling of hazardous materials (e.g., batteries, liquids)
• Establishment of a comprehensive labeling system: sequential numbering, case labeling, warning labels
• Definition of cross-departmental workflows with Production, including the transfer of information regarding inventory and the status of systems
• Full implementation of hardware and software, including user training; not merely a conceptual framework

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in logistics, specifically in event or broadcast touring
• Solid practical experience with Carnets, international shipping, and customs clearance
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling (especially lithium batteries, IATA/ADR)
• Experience with asset/inventory management systems, ideally including their implementation or migration
• Hands-on approach: You roll up your sleeves in the lab and get systems up and running
• Structured, independent work style and a passion for standardizing processes
• Excellent German and English language skills
