AUFGABEN

• Document Management:

• Creation and revision of QM documents (procedural instructions, work instructions, checklists)

• Maintenance and updating of the document control system

• Formatting and standardizing the layout of QM documents according to specifications

• Version control and archiving of obsolete documents

• Assistance with the creation of forms and templates

• Process Management:

• Comparison of existing process descriptions with actual practice (target-actual comparison)

• Support with process mapping and visualization (e.g., flowcharts)

• Assistance in identifying process deviations and opportunities for optimization

• Maintenance of the process map

• Audit Support:

• Preparing for internal and external audits (compiling documentation)

• Coordinating internal audit schedules

• Tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
