Founding Engineer (Full-Stack/AI) (m/w/d)

You’ll co-lead the tech with our CTO and have a unique opportunity to shape the technical direction of our solutions.

Working with cutting-edge AI, you’ll play a crucial role in driving product development from inception to deployment, integrating our services seamlessly into email platforms and transportation management systems. WIth an exceptional team from Cambridge, NOVA, TUM, and accenture.

TASKS

• Personally design, build, and maintain the most critical parts of our product, transforming complex technical challenges into elegant and clean architecture.
• Rigorously evaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune our AI capabilities, ensuring our core AI functions deliver maximum domain accuracy and receive spot on context.
• Own one of our core products end-to-end, driving the feature roadmap, leading direct customer communication, and keep expectation management realistic.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to our junior developers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in full-stack development with proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, React. Plus if you've experimented with Go.
• Demonstrated passion for technology through a substantial personal or side project built outside of work or school.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical clients. Plus if you're proficient in German.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with tight deadlines, dynamic priorities, and a high degree of ownership.
