TASKS

PERSOHAP builds an AI-native people platform that helps companies hire, onboard and grow their teams. Our web app is a modern React + TypeScript single-page application used daily by HR teams across Europe. We are a distributed team headquartered in Berlin.

REQUIREMENTS

• Build and maintain features in our React + TypeScript web app, from UI to data flow.
• Turn Figma designs into accessible, responsive components using Tailwind CSS.
• Integrate REST APIs, manage client state and handle loading/error states cleanly.
• Care about performance, accessibility (a11y) and a polished user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design and backend engineers, and review teammates' code.
