Working Student - Events Management (m/fd)

Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Evident employs around 4,500 people at a total of 57 locations worldwide. The product portfolio includes a wide range of microscope systems used in clinical diagnostics, medical and basic research, as well as in various industrial areas. TASKS

• Support in the planning, organization, and execution of national and international trade shows, congresses, and workshops across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), with a focus on the DACH region.
• Preparation of event briefs and monthly reports for marketing events and activities.
• Collaboration with external partners, agencies, service providers, and the sales team.
• Management and continuous improvement of sales, marketing, and event platforms (Asana, Salesforce, Exhibit Force, Highspot).
• Independent management and execution of defined marketing projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• College student
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to localize global content effectively.
• Organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong project management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
