Working Student Product Configuration (m/w/d)

THESE TASKS ARE WAITING FOR YOU

• You help us continuously improve our products and internal processes and develop a strong understanding of what needs to run smoothly behind the scenes.
• You test our products in day to day use, identify bugs and issues, and document them in a way that helps the team move quickly.
• You prepare tickets and workflows, check that all relevant information is complete, and help set up processes in a clean and efficient way.
• You create and maintain our API documentation and help ensure that knowledge is documented clearly and can be easily used across the team.
• Depending on your level of experience and development, you will gradually take on more responsibility, for example by configuring products independently and creating dynamic PDF documents, emails, and pricing algorithms.

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• You are at least in the second semester of a Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical field such as computer science, mechanical engineering, or civil engineering.
• You have initial programming knowledge and are eager to keep developing, learn new things, and deepen your understanding of technical topics.
• You are curious about new technologies, especially AI, and enjoy exploring how they can meaningfully support your work.
• You work carefully, in a structured and reliable way, and complete tasks with a high standard of quality.
• You approach topics proactively, stay open in collaboration, and do not get discouraged when something does not work right away.
