We are a team of 4 motivated people with +25 years of experience in industry and robotics. Our mission is to make robots smarter and more flexible, enabling batch-size-1 automation for surface treatment economically. Our technology helps factories in Europe to remain competitive with intelligent robotics.

We are now looking for a Founder Associate (m/f/d) with relentless ambition, massive grit, and an entrepreneurial mindset to work directly alongside the founders. This is a high-ownership, high-agency generalist role designed as a definitive launchpad for future founders. You will get a front-row seat to building a venture-backed hard-tech company from the ground up.

TASKS

• Go-To-Market & Growth: Design, execute, and scale outbound experiments, validate customer discovery loops, and help sharpen our commercial positioning.
• Fundraising & Strategy: Partner directly with the founders on fundraising preparation, investor pipelines, market research, and financial modeling.
• Operations & Scale: Help transition early commercial momentum into repeatable internal operations, managing special logistics, procurement, and setup projects.
• Talent Acquisition: Work closely with the team to identify, source, and interview early core team members as we scale our engineering and commercial pipelines.
• Zero-to-One Execution: Step into any critical business gap—whether structural, operational, or commercial—and build solutions from scratch

REQUIREMENTS

• Mindset over Manuals: You exhibit extreme agency, an urgent work ethic, and immense grit. You don't wait for a playbook; you enjoy writing it in real-time.
• High-Octane Trajectory: First-rate degree from a top-tier university or ecosystem with prior experience in fast-paced setups like venture capital, consulting, or early-stage startups.
• Technical & Digital Intuition: Deeply curious about AI developments, software/agentic tools, and engineering realities; comfortable working alongside top-tier ML engineers.
• Comfort with Ambiguity: You thrive on uncertainty and view unstructured problems as an exciting puzzle rather than a bottleneck.
• Bilingual Communicator: Exceptional, confident communication skills in both German and English to seamlessly navigate conversations with European mid-sized manufacturers and global investors.
