Catenda builds the open BIM and common-data-environment platform that construction teams across Europe use to work together on their projects. DACH is our strongest and fastest-growing market — and we are now adding dedicated marketing capacity to keep that momentum going.

TASKS

What you’ll do

• Run demand generation for DACH — from campaign to qualified pipeline.
• Build campaigns from real customer evidence, not guesswork.
• Restart our presence in the AEC trade press with strong customer stories.
• Optimize our website and demand-capture paths for conversion.
• Run our trade-fair and event presence across the region.
• Keep marketing and sales tightly aligned on pipeline.

REQUIREMENTS

What you bring

• B2B marketing experience, ideally in construction-tech / AEC software or technical SaaS.
• Full-stack demand-gen skills: digital, content, events, conversion.
• Confidence with data and CRM.
• Business-fluent German and English.
• A builder’s mentality — you’d rather ship and improve than wait for perfect.
