Working Student Legal (m/f/x)

As part of our Legal team, you will gain broad insights into the legal and regulatory framework of a FinTech company. You will support strategic business initiatives, work on regulatory topics, and engage in day-to-day operations as well as challenging cross-functional projects.

Your Role

• Supporting the Legal team in corporate and commercial law, focusing on company law, commercial law, and capital markets/securities trading law.
• Assisting in the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts and legal documents in both German and English
• Researching and preparing legal assessments on civil, contract, and regulatory law topics
• Supporting legal and compliance-related projects in areas such as banking supervisory law, anti-money laundering, data protection, and corporate governance
• Collaborating closely with teams across Product, Operations, Finance, and Management on business-relevant legal matters
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to the FinTech and financial services industry
• Support the Legal team in leveraging AI-driven and Legal Tech solutions for legal research, contract review, and process optimization

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies in law, business law, or a comparable field with a focus on civil and commercial law
• Ideally first theoretical or practical experience in commercial law, corporate law, capital markets law, labor law, or regulatory topics
• Strong interest in financial markets, corporate financing, and economic interrelationships
• Analytical mindset, structured working style, and attention to detail
• High level of initiative, reliability, and motivation to take responsibility
• Strong communication skills and confidence working in an international environment
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
