TASKS

Your Role – Regulatory & Legal Focus

• As a Legal & Regulatory Compliance Officer, you support our clients with the legal interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements.

• This role is positioned between operational compliance execution and senior legal advisory.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret German and EU regulatory developments

(BaFin, EBA, ESMA)

• Conduct regulatory impact assessments

(WpIG, WpHG, MaComp, MaRisk, DORA)

• Support the development of legally sound compliance frameworks
• Advise clients during audit preparation and supervisory communication
• Contribute to structured compliance concepts and documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Your Background

• Several years of professional experience in compliance, legal advisory or regulatory risk
• Strong knowledge of German and EU regulatory frameworks
• Academic background in law, finance, economics or a related field
• Structured, analytical working style and confident client communication
• Interest in RegTech and practical regulatory implementation
