(Working Student) Revenue Operations & Automation

As our Werkstudent in Revenue Operations & Automation, you sit at the intersection of sales, data, and tooling. You help us build and maintain the internal systems that keep our commercial operations running, from our HR and operations platform to outreach automation and lead management. You work directly with our CFO and get real insight into how an early-stage deep-tech startup scales its go-to-market motion.

TASKS

• Maintain and extend our internal operations platform (built on Lovable and Supabase, no deep coding required)
• Build and automate workflows using n8n
• Own HubSpot automations: sequences, pipeline management, and reporting
• Support outbound outreach: research leads, prepare contact lists, and assist with sequencing
• Track and structure data across our sales pipeline and internal reporting
• Identify inefficiencies in our ops stack and propose tooling solutions

REQUIREMENTS

• Enrolled student, ideally in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Comfort with no-code / low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, or similar)
• Analytical mindset and structured way of working
• Proactive attitude, you do not wait to be told what to do
• Bonus: experience with CRM tools, SQL basics, or web app platforms like Lovable or Supabase
