Are you passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing? Do you enjoy creating engaging content and are you also happy to lend a hand with day-to-day office tasks when needed?

Join Berlin International College and help us inspire future international students.

BIC supports international students on their journey into the German higher education system and we’re looking for you to join our dedicated team at our preparatory college in idyllic Treptower Park, right on the banks of the River Spree.

TASKS

🎨 What you'll do

• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Design presentations, graphics, and promotional materials using Canva
• Edit short-form videos and reels using CapCut
• Use AI-powered content creation tools to create and optimize marketing content
• Assist with photography and video production on campus and at events
• Research current social media trends and propose fresh content ideas
• Support the team with ad hoc marketing projects and administrative tasks
• Assist with general office management and day-to-day operations whenever required
• Help organize events, meetings, and promotional activities

REQUIREMENTS

🌟 What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled at a university in Germany
• Passion for social media, digital marketing, and storytelling
• Experience with Canva and CapCut
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
• Able to switch comfortably between creative projects and operational tasksReliable, proactive, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English (German and any other language is an advantage but not required)
