YOUR TASKS

  • You’ll design and manage systematic outreach campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • You’ll identify, search for, and find new customers—and get them excited about what we have to offer.
  • You’ll leverage the right channels: LinkedIn, content, events, email, and performance marketing.
  • You’ll build a bridge to the sales team and hand off qualified leads seamlessly.
  • You’ll measure what works and continuously optimize your efforts.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Approximately 2–4 years of experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing—ideally at a creative agency.
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English is a basic requirement for us.
  • A genuine interest in sales and business development—you’re motivated by actively building a new client base.
  • Proficiency with common AI tools and an instinct for independently developing new approaches to generate relevant leads.
  • You’re curious, confident in organizing yourself and others, and able to keep track of everything even when juggling multiple tasks.
  • You handle setbacks with confidence: rejections and setbacks don’t throw you off course.
