FOUNDER'S ASSOCIATE (founding team consumer brand pre-launch)

GASOLINA provides next-gen nutrition at the intersection of supplements and lifestyle products.

For our go-to-market, we are launching MAN IN A CAN - the world's first functional beverage optimised for men's health - in mid August. Thereby, we are creating an entirely new product category - with interest validated through +6,000 test persons.

With both a very unique brand & product, we have high ambitions to become one of the relevant European lifestyle brands for the health-conscious & wellbeing-minded.

As Founder's Associate, you're the founder's second brain and first hire into the core team. You will be key in building the brand's frontend, such as brand/content strategy, as well as its backbone, such as ecom, logistics, or product development.

You'll touch every engine of the business - with end-to-end ownership of whatever is required to bring the brand from 0 to 1.

TASKS

• Work directly with the founder on the highest-priority projects across the entire business - strategy one day, hands-on execution the next; examples:
• Build B2B sales division and acquire high-quality, brick-and-mortar partnerships
• Improve ecom conversion & retention - webshop improvement, email marketing, etc.
• Advance the brand through creative guerrilla stunts and community initiatives
• Set up scalable internal tools & processes to supercharge the team as it grows
• Coordinate & lead our part-time workforce, ensuring operational excellence & consistency

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year full-time experience OR various high-impact internships at consumer brand or in high-performing environment (startup, consulting, VC, finance)
• Excellent English & German
• Based in Berlin, Munich or willing to relocate
• Comfortable switching between analytical thinking and getting your hands dirty; finding joy in solving problem no matter how
• Profound passion & hunger to build a brand from the ground up and make it big
