Senior Retail Performance Marketing Manager

Our client, Front Row, helps leading brands accelerate their ecommerce growth through digital advertising, retail media expertise, and proprietary technology.

To strengthen their Performance Marketing Team, we are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Retail Media / Omnichannel (f/m/d) in Hamburg.

TASKS

• Develop and execute retail media and omnichannel performance marketing strategies
• Manage and optimize campaigns across retail media networks and platforms (e.g. Amazon, OTTO, eBay, Walmart, Criteo, CitrusAd)
• Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable optimization measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business goals
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new retail media opportunities
• Drive innovation and contribute to the development of retail media best practices
• Support and mentor junior team members

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on Retail Media
• Hands-on experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Criteo, CitrusAd, Walmart, eBay, OTTO, or similar
• Proven track record of managing successful, ROI-driven campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, self-driven, and eager to continuously learn
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
