Working student/Werkstudent Finance (all genders)

YOUR MISSION

Support the financial backbone of a fast-growing AI startup. You'll work closely with our COO and Founder's Associate on reporting, data analysis, and operational finance tasks with real responsibility from day one.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

• Support financial reporting: help maintain an accurate view of P&L, cash, and budget.
• Collect, clean, and prepare data from CRM (HubSpot), and internal systems for reports and analyses.
• Help track and update KPI dashboards and operational metrics.
• Support the preparation of management reports and analyses.
• Assist with tax advisor coordination: collecting receipts, reconciling data, and preparing inputs.
• Help identify improvements to reporting processes, including AI-supported workflows.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Currently enrolled in a degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets; eager to learn new tools.
• Structured, reliable, and proactive; you follow through and communicate clearly.
• Excited about working in a fast-moving startup and using AI to make finance smarter.
• You enjoy working from the office and learning in close collaboration with the team.
• Available for at least 20 hours per week.
