Data Scientist / AI-Engineer (m/f/d)

TASKS

• You will research and develop digital knowledge tools through analysis, mathematics, machine learning (ML) and AI to improve existing processesl.
• You will design and implement solutions for complex analytical problems in a wide variety of business areas in craft and industry.
• You will work in a team of experienced engineers with academic and industrial backgrounds.
• You will have access to state-of-the-art infrastructure and tools.

REQUIREMENTS

• You have successfully completed a Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering.
• You have experience with statistical methods, machine learning and AI.
• You possess excellent knowledge of how Large Language Models work and how to utilize them efficiently.
• You possess excellent knowledge of Python and at least 2–3 years of programming experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with cloud technology is an advantage.
• You want to tackle complex and complicated business problems and reduce them to their essentials, true to the motto: "As simple as possible, but no simpler!" ( A. Einstein)
• You know that data science is more than modeling and you are not afraid to tackle low-level problems. You are prepared to write production code yourself.
• You are self-motivated and have perseverance.
• You look forward to working closely in a team and value constructive discussions and feedback.
• If you are fluent in English and have good German skills, then we would like to get to know you!
