We are looking for a full-time Senior Product Marketing Manager / Growth Hacker (m/w/d) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, has a strong data-driven mindset, and brings proven experience in scaling mobile products through user acquisition, retention, and monetization initiatives.


AUFGABEN

  • Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies for mobile gaming titles
  • Drive user acquisition across key performance marketing channels
  • Optimize app store presence and organic growth through ASO initiatives
  • Plan and execute retention, CRM, and LiveOps activities to increase engagement and revenue
  • Design and run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to improve conversion, monetization, and player retention
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key business and marketing KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Game Design, Data, Creative, and CRM teams
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and developments within the mobile gaming industry

QUALIFIKATION

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing, ideally within mobile gaming or a comparable digital business
  • Proven track record of scaling digital products and driving user growth through performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Solid understanding of mobile measurement, attribution, and app marketing tools
  • Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) and data-driven growth strategies
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI analysis, experimentation, and reporting
  • Good understanding of product development, user behavior, and monetization models
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Nice to Have


  • Experience in Social Casino, Gaming, or Free-to-Play environments
  • Familiarity with CRM and LiveOps platforms
  • Experience leading or mentoring marketing team members
  • Knowledge of SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Tableau
