Enably is hiring on behalf of a high-growth B2B SaaS business looking to add a German-speaking Account Executive to support growth across the DACH region.

TASKS
What you’ll be doing
- Building new business opportunities across the DACH region through outbound activity, networking, and self-generated leads
- Owning the sales process from first conversation through to close
- Running strong discovery calls and tailored product demos
- Qualifying opportunities with sound commercial judgment
- Closing new business and contributing directly to revenue growth
- Working closely with marketing and wider commercial teams to sharpen messaging and market approach
- Feeding back customer and market insight to help inform product and go-to-market thinking
REQUIREMENTS

- Experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS environment
- A solid track record in SMB and/or mid-market sales

- A self-starting approach and comfort operating with pace and autonomy
- The ability to contribute ideas, not just follow process
- Professional fluency in both German and English is essential - This role involves leading customer conversations across the DACH market while working closely with internal teams operating in English.
