(Junior) IT System Administrator (m/f/x)

THE ROLE

As a (Junior) IT System Administrator (m/f/x), you will be part of our IT team and ensure that our IT systems and infrastructures run smoothly - both locally and across all locations. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and further developing our IT systems and network infrastructure across all sites.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
• Assisting employees with IT-related questions and issues.
• Administering user accounts and access rights.
• Monitoring and maintaining the server infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
• Participating in the planning and independently implementing IT projects, such as rollouts, upgrades, and security measures.
• Documenting processes and system changes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable qualification.
• Initial practical experience in IT system administration, ideally in an international environment.
• Knowledge in administering Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, as well as MS Entra and MS Intune.
• Basic experience in managing an IT landscape in Google Cloud, as well as Kubernetes, Docker, SQL databases, GitHub, and Terraform.
• Problem-solving mindset and a structured approach to work.
• You are a team player and place great emphasis on the quality of your work.
• You speak English at an advanced level (C1) and ideally have good to very good German language skills (B1).
