TASKS

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

We’re now looking for a Talent Scout - Intern/Working Student to join us and play a key role in fueling our talent pipeline! As a Sourcer, you’ll be on the front lines of our recruiting efforts. Your mission? Find and engage amazing talent across Europe to join top-tier sales teams.

• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Craft personalized outreach messages to generate interest and leads
• Generate qualified meetings for your Talent Advisor
• Collaborate with Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs
• Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines for active roles
• Use data, AI and other tools to optimize sourcing strategies

REQUIREMENTS

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• You’re curious, proactive, and organized
• You love connecting with people and spotting potential
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Interest in HR, recruiting, or sales
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a big plus (but not required)
• Fluent in English and German
• Duration: 6 months minimum
