Über den Job:

In SENER, we have an immediate opening job for a full-time Administrative Assistant / Accounting Clerk (m/w/d) – Construction (On site) in Berlin.


We are working in an EPC project for the delivery of a Combined Heat and Power Plant in Charlottenburg


TAREAS

Duties include:


Perform general administrative tasks as required by the site management team, such as, but not limited to:


  • Posting accounting records in the accounting ERP
  • Track and reconcile bank statements
  • Accounts paybale:Process invoices and follow up with suppliers, create payments proposals,
  • Accounts receivable: Issue customer invoices,
  • Management of expense notes.
  • Petty cash control.
  • General Ledger Accounts reconciliation.

REQUISITOS

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years direct experience or equivalent in Germany, (background of construction related experience beneficial but not required).
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • Languages: Spanish and English. German would be a plus.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting Line:


  • Reports to the Financial Manager and works closely with the Project Manager and the rest of team of the project (Purchasing, Cost control, etc)
