TASKS

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated intern to support market research, preparation and partnership exploration related to Poland. This is a supporting role within a structured team environment, where you will contribute to building the foundations for potential future activities.

What You’ll Do

Market Research & Insights:

• Research the Polish school landscape and education structure
• Identify relevant regions, school types, and potential entry points
• Summarise findings in a structured and usable format

Lead Research & Data Structuring

• Build and organise contact lists of schools and institutions
• Identify relevant contacts (e.g. teachers, coordinators)
• Structure this information within our internal systems

Content & Localisation Support

Support the adaptation of:

• Outreach materials

• Website content

• Communication templates

• Ensure clarity and cultural fit for the Polish context

Partnership Exploration

Research organisations such as:

• Youth hostels

• Educational institutions

• Youth and cultural organisations

• Help prepare potential partnership approaches

Outreach Preparation

Assist in preparing:

• Email templates
• Presentation materials

REQUIREMENTS

• Student or recent graduate
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Curious and proactive
• Interested in education, international business or startups
