We are currently looking for two full-time Sales associates (40 hours) to be part of the exciting upcoming launch of a Devialet store at KaDeWe in Berlin!

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sales Associate to be part of our new team at KaDeWe, one of Berlin’s most prestigious retail destinations. If you’re eager to represent a brand where excellence, emotion, and expertise meet, this is your chance!
VOS MISSIONS
In this position, your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Provide an exceptional sales and advisory service to our customers, using your personal experience and know-how to develop sales and achieve Devialet’s ambitions.
- Share your high level of expertise on our products with our customers after in-house training.
- Build productive, trusting and long term relationships with clients and fellow team members.
- Meet and exceed management set sales targets.
- Be knowledgeable and aware of market trends and competitors.
- Responsible for opening and/or closing the store.
- Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, according to the company tools (CRM), in order to retain actual customers and detect new high potential ones.
- Management of stocks, deliveries and shipments to clients (Germany and global). Keep track of all goods movement or sales and implement inventory on a weekly basis.
- Ability to ensure excellent quality of daily reporting to Head Office.
- Educate or assist customers on set up and carry out occasional installations.
VOS COMPÉTENCES
Our requirements profile includes:
- Experience in a customer-facing sales environment, ideally in a luxury retail environment
- Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Proactivity and ability to foresee and adapt to challenges and problem-solving skills
- IT skills
- Bilingual in German and English
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus
