About the Role

We’re building the next iconic beverage brand out of Berlin — starting with a carbonated cold matcha drink.

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll own and execute across social, content, and growth — with one goal: make the brand impossible to ignore.

This is for someone who understands internet culture, aesthetics, and distribution.

TASKS

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage content across: Instagram, TikTok , LinkedIn
• Develop and execute content strategy + posting cadence
• Shoot and edit short-form video content
• Run experiments (formats, hooks, campaigns)
• Collaborate with creators / influencers
• Support brand activations + events
• Track performance and optimize

REQUIREMENTS

What We’re Looking For

• Strong taste in content, design, and branding
• Native understanding of TikTok / IG trends
• Hands-on creator (you film, edit, post)
• Fast execution + willingness to experiment
• Clear, bold communication style

Bonus

• Experience growing social accounts
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Background in marketing, media, or design
