Senior AI Product Manager

We’re hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to turn messy real-world problems into working GenAI solutions.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of product, delivery, and customer collaboration. You’ll work directly with users, clients, engineers, and stakeholders to scope problems, shape solutions, and ship AI products in complex, ambiguous environments.

You’ll own the full journey from discovery to delivery — not just the roadmap. We’re looking for someone who can bring structure to vague problems, move quickly, and stay focused on outcomes.

TASKS

What you’ll do

• Own GenAI projects from discovery and scoping to delivery and handover
• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand needs, constraints, and priorities
• Turn vague ideas into clear workflows, prototypes, and delivery plans
• Collaborate closely with engineers and AI specialists to unblock execution and make decisions
• Define success metrics, manage trade-offs, and keep delivery focused on outcomes
• Stay close to modern LLM and GenAI patterns to make pragmatic, informed decisions

REQUIREMENTS

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical delivery, consulting, or a related role
• Experience shipping digital products, ideally with exposure to AI/ML/LLMs
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients, users, and engineers
• Comfortable in ambiguous, high-context environments
• Structured, proactive, and able to move from idea to action quickly
• Technically curious. You don’t need to code, but you should understand how systems work
