TASKS

Your Role

In this remote position, you will take on a dynamic and independent role focused on business development, client engagement, and growth within a structured and proven system.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing your own portfolio within a guided business framework
• Identifying and engaging qualified prospects through digital channels (training provided)
• Conducting structured conversations with potential partners
• Supporting and mentoring individuals entering the business
• Implementing marketing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, and Google
• Participating in ongoing training and development sessions

REQUIREMENTS

Your Profile

• 6+ years of professional experience (corporate or self-employed)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership
• Interest in leadership, personal development, or coaching
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage
