AUFGABEN

• Build and maintain your own client network (private and business clients)

• Conduct financial and retirement planning consultations (online & in person)

• Analyse client needs and develop suitable insurance and pension solutions

• Support clients long-term and build trusted relationships

• Participate in training, mentoring and team meetings

• Gradually build your own client portfolio and personal business

• Support the onboarding of new advisors and grow your own team

Important framework conditions

• This is a self-employed, commission-based freelance role.
• Applicants must live in Germany and be legally permitted to work as a self-employed freelancer in Germany (including a valid visa, if applicable).
• Participation requires a €90 investment in the mandatory basic seminar, which is part of the onboarding process.
