Country Manager Germany

AUFGABEN

• Overall responsibility for results, growth, and organization of the German business
• Develop and implement annual planning in line with the Group strategy; scale up to a resilient management model
• Operational management of both locations with a focus on service quality, efficiency, and margin management with high order volumes
• Maintain and expand key customer relationships; develop new partnerships and vertical segments
• Support and drive the implementation of a group-wide ERP system
• Lead, develop, and retain the team and strengthen a performance- and serviceoriented culture
• Close international cooperation with Group entities in France, Italy and Switzerland, sharing best practices and leveraging synergies in sourcing, R&D, and service development within a matrix structure
• Networking with internal and external stakeholders; maintain and expand strategic customer relationships

PROFIL

• Extensive experience in industrial service business (repair/refurbishment/technical service), ideally with multi-site responsibility
• In-depth P&L expertise in service-oriented environments with precise margin control; proven track record of growth in medium-sized companies
• Technical background (preferred); experience in electronics and/or motor services advantageous
• Fluent in German and English; French desirable
• Entrepreneurial ownership mentality and a distinctly hands-on management style
• Strong interpersonal skills with teams, customers and partners
• Structured, pragmatic, resilient, and adaptable personality with a strong “technical DNA”
• Culturally confident in German SMEs and in an international matrix
