CSA Quantity Surveyor

TASKS

• Manage all commercial and cost-related aspects of construction projects.
• Lead tendering, subcontractor management, and contract negotiations.
• Prepare and oversee CVRs, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Handle variations, payments, and claims while maintaining financial discipline.
• Support procurement strategies and ensure consistent reporting to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (this is a must).
• Proven experience with a general contractor on large industrial or data centre projects.
• Eligible to work in Germany or hold an EU passport.
• German language skills are an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical mindset, contract knowledge (FIDIC/VOB/BGB), and commercial awareness.
