Über den Job:
- We are looking for an SAP ABAP Manager to join our international client who are based in the Mannheim area.
- This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will split your time between managing a talented SAP development team and contributing directly to ABAP projects.
- The role is Hybrid, (2-3 days per week on-site in the office near Mannheim)
TASKS
In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP developers
- Drive ABAP OO development and modern SAP solutions
- Support projects in SAP HANA, Fiori/UI5, RAP, and SAP BTP (experience with new technologies is a plus)
- Promote agile practices, best practices, and the Clean Core approach across SAP initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate has:
- Strong ABAP Object-Oriented programming skills
- Proven experience leading SAP development teams
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA, UI5/Fiori, or SAP BTP
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
