AUFGABEN

You will support our TikTok growth team in scaling this channel. To do this, you’ll identify and manage creators, develop creative briefs, incorporate trends, and ensure steady growth through data-driven performance tracking.

• Sourcing and shortlisting relevant creators aligned with the Sirius brand
• Supporting creator outreach and communication
• Contributing to building a strong creator pipeline for ongoing campaigns
• Continuous trend scouting on TikTok and integration into content briefings
• Close collaboration with marketing, content, and product teams

QUALIFIKATION

• Deep knowledge of TikTok's platform language - hooks, loops, viral formats, trending sounds, and native storytelling styles
• Strong intuition for spotting emerging trends, evaluating creator potential, and identifying brand-aligned content partners
• Hands-on experience with active TikTok posting and understanding of key performance metrics (views, retention, engagement)
• Passion for music, entertainment, and digital culture with a finger on the pulse of what's resonating now
• Structured, proactive approach to creator research and outreach
