About the Role

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work directly with one of the founders of Keaz, gaining hands-on experience in building and scaling a business. Whether full-time, as an intern, or a working student, you’ll rotate between —finance, HR, sales, and operations—taking on high-impact projects and learning entrepreneurship by doing.

The Job

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will:

• Take ownership: Work on strategic projects across multiple teams, managing stakeholders and timelines.
• Optimize processes: Identify and improve workflows to help us scale effectively.
• Develop entrepreneurial skills: Learn from the leadership team, exclusive talks from top founders, and practical coaching on fundraising and business strategy.
• Drive growth: Contribute to customer acquisition, product launches, and data-driven decisions.

QUALIFIKATION

Requirements

• You are passionate about entrepreneurship and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You enjoy organizing and multitasking while staying detail-oriented.
• You communicate fluently in German and English.
• You’re nearing the end of your studies (intern/working student) or ready to commit full-time.
• Prior experience in startups, consulting, or project management is a plus.
