Legal Counsel Semiconductors & Tech Contracts (M/W/D)

TASKS

We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Legal Counsel to serve as a strategic partner for a portfolio of high-growth tech startups. This isn't just about "checking boxes"—you will be at the intersection of cutting-edge hardware (Semiconductors) and agile software, navigating the complex legal landscapes that define the future of technology.

Key responsibilities:

• End-to-End Contract Lifecycle: Draft, review and lead negotiations for complex commercial agreements, including Master Purchase Agreements, specialized Semiconductor supply/design-in contracts, EULA and SaaS.
• Legal Excellence: Maintain and optimize legal templates, documentation and internal filing systems to ensure "due diligence-ready" standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Legal Qualification: Fully qualified German lawyer (First and Second State Exam) or US lawyer.
• Expertise: Significant experience in commercial contract law, specifically within the Semiconductor, SaaS or Software Licensing sectors.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in German and English is essential, as you will be negotiating international cross-border agreements.
• Startup DNA: You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are pragmatic, proactive, and capable of explaining complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.
• Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for detail without losing sight of the "big picture" business objectives.
