Founders Associate (m/f/x)

Lumaly is a free browser extension that finds & automatically applies vouchers when shopping online. Backed by well-known investors we are looking forward to scaling from 500k to 2.5m users in 2024 - and this is just the beginning.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, multi-talented individual who wants to see the inside of a fast-moving startup and work closely with the founders. The ideal candidate is a future entrepreneur or executive who is willing to work hard and do a wide variety of tasks. You will work directly with Lumaly's Co-Founders. The level of work you'll do is only limited by your capabilities and includes designing presentations, researching markets, and creating financial models.

AUFGABEN

• Work closely with the founders across all departments to ensure execution and successful delivery of your projects (e.g. new market entry, new products, new growth initiatives)
• Support our founders with all tasks related to upcoming financing rounds
• Take the lead of our expansion to new markets & countries
• Develop a deep understanding of the business and the industry by performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses

QUALIFIKATION

We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and entrepreneurial hustler:

• Masters degree in a relevant field and previous experience in consulting or a fast-growing startup
• Impeccable organizational and analytical skills, with a proven track record of project management duties
• Highly self-directed with an ability to get a lot done with sometimes limited direction
• Execution focused, detail-oriented, takes ownership, and loves solving problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German & English
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/GSheets and PPT/GSlides
