Senior Housekeeper / Assistant Housekeeper (m/f/d) for an apartment building in Panketal

The Schwanenburg Apartments are a modern complex offering well-maintained vacation apartments and guest rooms in Panketal, right on the border with Berlin-Buch. Our guests are primarily business travelers and relatives of patients at the Helios Clinic.

To support our housekeeping team, we are looking for a friendly and experienced housekeeping assistant (m/f/d).

AUFGABEN

• Quality control (checking room cleanliness and inventory)

• Ensuring cleaning standards are met

• Supervising and training housekeeping staff

• Forwarding repair requests

• Managing laundry

• Ensuring order in work areas

• Managing inventory

• Assisting with administrative tasks (key management, lost and found)

• Assisting with guest services (handling guest requests)

QUALIFIKATION

• Professional experience in housekeeping in the hotel industry

• Excellent knowledge of cleaning procedures

• A strong sense of order and cleanliness, as well as a keen eye for detail

• A structured, meticulous, and responsible work ethic

• Excellent eyesight

• Good command of German or English

• A neat and professional appearance
