POSITION AS OF NOW:

LEAD PRODUCT DESIGNER (ALL GENDERS)

Your responsibilites:

• Manage a small team of Product Designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, fostering career growth, and developing both hard and soft skills
• Build and inspire a high-performing, collaborative, and creative design team, championing accountabili-ty and a user-centered design culture across all tribes
• Drive end-to-end design initiatives - from discovery and research to delivery, using insights from usability testing and data analysis to guide strategic decisions
• Evolve and scale the design system as a global standard for digital products, ensuring consistency, innovation, and alignment with emerging trends and technologies
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and product leaders to define product vision, strategy and roadmaps, while ensuring design excellence throughout execution

Your profile:

• Multiple years of experience and proven track record in product design people management, delivering design excellence in complex, fast-paced environments
• Expertise in modern design tools (Figma, Miro), user research, usability testing, and evolving design systems
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, prioritiz-ation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira and Confluence; knowledge of front-end technologies and mobility/EV solutions is a plus
• Proactive, hands-on leader, able to influence stake-holders, drive collaboration, and advocate for users
• Fluency in English and German (French or Italian is a plus), excellent communication and storytelling skills
