YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing inpatient care based on medical indications on the Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) and general pulmonary wards
• Coordinating neurological and psychiatric consultations tailored to patient needs
• Facilitating psychological support services for patients and their families
• Implementing specialized therapies focused on muscle rehabilitation
• Conducting therapy blocks aimed at improving speech and respiratory muscle strength
• Delivering targeted nutritional counseling
• Managing structured discharge planning processes
• Ensuring comprehensive patient care from admission assessments to discharge management
• Developing and monitoring individualized medical treatment plans
• Leading ward rounds and interdisciplinary team meetings, including evaluation of therapeutic outcomes
• Ordering and overseeing diagnostic procedures and ensuring appropriate follow-up
• Providing education and counseling to patients’ relatives
• Collaborating closely with referring and subsequent treating physicians, consulting specialists, and insurance providers
