YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assume leadership of the vascular surgery division within a clinic known for its flat hierarchies and efficient decision-making processes
• Lead the strategic separation and expansion of the vascular surgery services from the general and visceral surgery departments
• Foster close interdisciplinary collaboration with other clinical specialties to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Oversee the full spectrum of vascular surgery services, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation
• Manage administrative duties related to department operations and staff coordination

YOUR PROFILE:

• Board certification in vascular surgery or equivalent qualifications
• Proven expertise in both surgical and interventional vascular treatment methods
• Authorization to provide full training and supervision within the specialty
• Several years of experience in senior medical leadership roles, including administrative responsibilities
• Strong leadership skills, goal orientation, and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Capacity to analyze complex clinical and economic factors holistically to optimize patient outcomes and departmental performance
