For a well-established medical care center in the Leipzig area, we are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team immediately. This is a permanent position with a direct employment contract between you and our client. Doc PersonalBeratung facilitates contact with the company and supports you throughout the entire application process until contract signing. Our consulting service is always free of charge for you.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Board-certified Senior Specialist in Laboratory Medicine
• Extensive laboratory and leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings
• Strong professional expertise with a deep understanding of complex laboratory structures
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office, laboratory software, and device software
• Competence in patient-related, operational, and personnel management tasks
• Ability to collaborate cooperatively and interdisciplinarily
• Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory IT systems

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organizing and leading the laboratory medical practice while continuously expanding the service spectrum
• Developing and implementing concepts to ensure and improve structural, process, and outcome quality
• Managing and advancing quality management systems
• Close collaboration with medical and academic colleagues in the central medical laboratory as well as with external submitters
• Personnel management, development, and recruitment
• Conducting training and continuing education measures
