YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the care of rehabilitative patients, including leading and coordinating the clinical team
• Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans and monitoring therapeutic progress
• Conducting social-medical assessments and preparing the medical sections of discharge summaries
• Taking on personnel leadership and team coordination duties
• Enhancing the integration of inpatient and outpatient services within the department
• Participating in on-call duties and background service as required

YOUR PROFILE:

• Medical license recognized in Germany
• Completed specialist training in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy
• Strong interest in social medicine and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Commitment to actively shaping and improving medical treatment concepts
• Empathetic approach with a strong patient-centered focus
