We are currently seeking a dedicated Chief Physician (m/w/d) specializing in Psychiatry, Psychotherapy, and Geriatric Psychiatry for a well-respected clinic. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading and representing the clinic internally and externally as a chief physician in an academic teaching hospital with an interdisciplinary focus, positive work atmosphere, and comprehensive training opportunities
• Expanding the department’s service offerings and implementing new treatment methods in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Demonstrating strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to the conceptual, organizational, and economic development of the department
• Upholding a high level of collegiality, sensitivity, and serving as a role model
• Managing a department with over 140 beds, treating approximately 2,000 patients annually in inpatient and day-clinic/partial inpatient care

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed specialist training in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and/or Neurology with substantial professional experience in psychiatry
• Extensive leadership experience in staff management and development
• Interest in advancing the clinic by establishing new methods and procedures
• Responsible, self-motivated personality with organizational skills and economic understanding (specialized training desirable)
• Empathetic, patient- and team-oriented working style
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration with all clinical departments and outpatient physicians
• Required legal proof of measles immunization
