We are seeking a dedicated Specialist Physician in Psychiatry (m/w/d) to join a well-established medical center in the Winterberg region. This position offers a permanent contract directly with our client. Doc PersonalBeratung facilitates your contact with the employer and supports you throughout the entire process until contract signing. Our advisory services are free of charge.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Board-certified Specialist Physician in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (m/w/d) or a senior resident in advanced training with a valid German medical license
• Strong commitment to community-based social psychiatry and enthusiasm for working within a multidisciplinary team
• Approachable and empathetic communication style with patients, their families, and colleagues
• Excellent command of German, both spoken and written

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of patients presenting a wide range of psychiatric disorders
• Active participation in networking efforts within our community-oriented psychiatric clinic
• Contribution to the ongoing development and enhancement of our specialized clinic
• Collaborative teamwork with nursing staff, psychologists, therapists, and social workers to ensure holistic patient care
