We are seeking a dedicated Senior Consultant (m/w/d) specializing in Anesthesia and Intensive Care for a well-established clinic in Halberstadt. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading the interdisciplinary intensive care unit as the deputy to the chief physician.
• Providing expert care to patients across all specializations and age groups.
• Contributing to the training and development of medical and nursing staff.
• Participating in on-call duties, including standby and emergency response shifts.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Recognized medical specialist qualification in Anesthesiology in Germany.
• Additional certification in Anesthesiological Intensive Care Medicine.
• Mandatory additional qualification in Emergency or Rescue Medicine.
• Experience with renal replacement therapies and percutaneous tracheotomy is advantageous.
• Prior leadership experience is desirable.
• Commitment, initiative, and a process-oriented approach to daily organizational tasks.
• Strong teamwork skills and a motivating personality.
