We are seeking a dedicated Specialist (m/w/d) in Internal and General Medicine for one of the largest ambulatory care centers (MVZ) in Germany, located in the greater Jena area. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently manage outpatient care of patients within a multidisciplinary medical team
• Contribute actively to the expansion and development of outpatient primary care structures
• Implement and maintain high standards of medical quality and patient care
• Collaborate professionally and across disciplines with all team members involved in patient care

YOUR PROFILE:

• Board certification in General Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Comprehensive knowledge of general medical services
• Independent, organized, and efficient working style combined with personal commitment
• Strong communication skills, counseling competence, and a professional demeanor
