CONSULTANT PSYCHIATRIST (M/W/D) FOR ESTABLISHING A NEW PSYCHIATRIC CARE CENTER IN THE GREATER MÖNCHENGLADBACH REGION

Our client, a well-established social psychiatric center with an excellent reputation in the Greater Mönchengladbach area, is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist (m/w/d) to lead the development of a new location. This is a permanent position with a direct employment contract between you and the healthcare provider. YOUR PROFILE:

• You hold a valid German medical license (Approbation).
• Board certification as a Specialist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Neurology.
• Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders.
• Strong dedication and creativity in patient care.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Motivation to develop and expand modern psychiatric care structures.
• Flexibility and commitment to ongoing professional and personal development.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and provide individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions and, if desired, group therapy.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including other specialists, psychotherapists, nursing staff, and additional healthcare professionals.
