YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing comprehensive care and management for geriatric patients.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality treatment and achieving optimal patient outcomes aimed at maximizing self-sufficiency and autonomy.
• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered goals.
• Participating in on-call and standby duties as required.
• Engaging in trustful and strategic cooperation within the multiprofessional department team.
• Progressing towards the role of senior consultant physician within geriatric medicine.
• Optionally pursuing additional certification in Geriatrics, if desired.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Board-certified physician (m/w/d) in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, General Medicine, or Surgery with initial professional experience.
• Several years of experience in diagnosing and treating geriatric conditions.
• Responsible, team-oriented work style combined with flexibility and strong communication skills.
• High commitment, independence, and resilience under pressure.
• Solution- and process-oriented thinking adapted to situational needs.
• Willingness to actively contribute to shaping and improving clinical workflows.
• Mandatory proof of immunization against SARS-CoV-2 and measles according to legal requirements.
